Data Analytics (1)

CASHe is looking for an experienced person who is specialized in KYC documentation and relevant audit & control.

Designation – Executive/Sr. Executive on third party payroll
Experience – 3- 4 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • The individual should be well versed with the KYC documentation and the checks on Loan documents and Credit reports like Cibil and Perfios etc.
  • Responsible for tracking loan applications, and creating segmentation and classification of all loans approved and denied
  • Responsible to create, identify and improve process of quality check and shall also be responsible for implementing the same
  • Should having above average knowledge in Excel and with basic PowerPoint skills.
  • The candidate shall also be responsible for monitoring & assessing the Quality, Turnaround and publish necessary periodic and one-off reports from time to time
  • Shall be proactive and take an active initiative to improve quality & TAT for the unit and implement industry level work standards.
  • This position is required to measure metrics for Loan process.

Graduate (Full-Time graduate)

Experience & Exposure Requirements:

  •  2-5 years of relevant experience in Insurance operations or Lending operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial appraisal of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications
  • Interview applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan or mortgage
  • Conclude on all applicable financial and non-financial criteria
  • Follow up with clients to clarify important point
  • Give the “green light” to eligible candidates and report decisions with sound arguments
  • Remain up to speed regarding lending and other financial services

Essential Skills / Competencies:

  • Proven working experience in a Credit-Operation role
  • Good knowledge of lending industry
  • In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Resolve customer tickets over Freshdesk, calls and social media
  • Quick turnaround time to answer customer queries and update tickets
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines

  • Collect feedback and collaborate with departments to bring in impactful solutions
  • Maintains customer records by tracking and updating information.

Experience:  8 – 12 Years

Mandatory Skills:

  • More than 4 years software engineering experience
  • Excellent coding skills in one or more of the following: Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Restful/SOAP
    and Hibernate
  • Must be hands-on with Java/J2EE design patterns
  • Good understanding of Relational databases like MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle
  • Good knowledge in algorithms and data structures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands on with unit testing and Junit frameworks/tools
  • Responsible, team player and go getter kind of attitude
  • Must be an Individual contributor

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with product development companies
  • Exposure in dealing production systems, and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Familiar with HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design)
  • Experience with NoSQL technologies
  • Experience with AWS, Docker
  • Knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as Angular.js
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Familiar with Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Continuous Deployment process and related
    tools/technologies

  • Good knowledge in algorithms and data structures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be hands-on with unit testing and JUnit frameworks/tools
  • Familiar with Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Continuous Deployment process and its relevant
    tools/technologies
  • Experience in creating HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design docs)
  • Must be individual contributor, as well as a great technical team player
  • Responsible, team player and go getter kind of attitude
